You will collate curricula, create hands-on materials, and partner with operations to align training with client-site expectations and safety standards.

Strong certifications with field experience in telecommunications or data centers, plus ability to read blueprints and operate testing tools, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturer technical certifications (Fluke, Corning, CommScope) desired.
• BICSI Installation Certification preferred.
• 30-hour OSHA certification required.
• 2+ years in construction, telecommunications, or data center industry.

Responsibilities

• Administer and transfer knowledge for E2IQ Development technical training programs.
• Deliver introductory and technical bootcamps, customized instruction, and ad hoc tutoring.
• Develop new training curriculum and maintain existing content.
• Collaborate with local leadership to define technical training needs and deliver timely events.
• Incorporate required skills and competencies into training content.
• Administer hands-on training emulating client-site expectations.
• Develop training materials using diverse media.
• Transfer knowledge to trainees using effective teaching strategies.
