The Opportunity

As a Technical Trainer, you will be a trusted technical resource, educator, and ambassador for Axis. You will help customers and partners build the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed with Axis products and IP network technologies. You will lead engaging in person and virtual training experiences, deliver webinars and podcasts, and continuously improve educational content to meet the evolving needs of our customers and the industries we serve. No two days will look exactly alike. You will combine technical expertise, creativity, communication, and relationship building to help others succeed.

What You’ll Bring

• Four or more years of experience in technical training, education, or a related field.
• A technical background in IP technologies, networking, or a strong passion for learning and teaching technical concepts.
• Knowledge of networking technologies, including switching or routing.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
• The ability to engage an audience, adapt to changing classroom needs, and make technical information easy to understand.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• A self motivated, resourceful, flexible, and detail oriented approach.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to take initiative.

What Will Set You Apart

• Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Network video surveillance, CCTV, or IP network cameras.
• Technical support, technical sales, or customer education.
• Industry sectors such as healthcare, education, retail, banking, or government.
• Relevant technical certifications, such as networking or security industry credentials.
• A degree in a related technical or educational field.

Compensation and Benefits

The approximate compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 in Total Target Compensation. Actual compensation will depend on factors including qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and work location.
