United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead hands-on training for our comprehensive suite of security, access, and IoT solutions. The role emphasizes educating customers across technical and executive levels, translating complex concepts into actionable guidance.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging sessions, stay current with the latest security and IoT trends, and frequently travel to client sites to ensure successful deployments and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical training, solutions engineering or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Networking, IT Security, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information & Computer Technology.
• Strong networking background including HTTPS/SSL, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, Firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter authority on the full company suite of products and articulate value to customers during training.
• Effectively present the company solution to all levels of customer, including C-level executives and IT directors.
• Deliver energetic in-person training sessions, adapting to various skill levels from technicians to executives.
• Describe security and IoT deployment topics and relate them to real-world install scenarios.
• Stay up to date on security and IoT industry by attending/presenting at conferences and thought leadership events.
• Act as a Product Technical Evangelist in training partners, customers, and internal staff.
• Monitor and evaluate training program results and maintain data on attendance, issues, etc.
• Conduct training sessions/workshops with 50-60% travel and support the VCE program growth.
