Qualifications

• 12+ years of training experience or related field.
• Experience working in a classified environment.
• Experience in training coordination and administrative support.
• Ability to design structured training frameworks that immerse trainees in exercises.

Responsibilities

• Design structured training frameworks to immerse trainees in exercises.
• Develop training course content aligned to objectives and scenarios.
• Coordinate training delivery across CONUS sites and facilities.
• Integrate SMEs to ensure accurate content and delivery standards.
• Refine courses based on feedback and evaluations.
