Nightwing is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead all aspects of training development for a large program. You will ensure objectives align with real-world needs, integrate SMEs, standardize materials, and provide instructors with the right tools for classes at Nightwing facilities and other CONUS sites.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 12+ years in related training environments, including work with a classified customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years in a training environment or related field.
• 12+ years in a classified environment.
• 12+ years in training coordination or administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured training frameworks with immersive exercises.
• Design course immersion and realistic scenarios.
• Standardize courses to fit the existing training structure.
• Identify training requirements to fully execute programs.
• Gather and address training feedback and revise as needed.
