Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Trainer to onboard new hires and provide ongoing training for composite techs at our Morrisville, NC facility. You will work with the manufacturing team to update SOPs and deliver engaging, practical training across our digital platform.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to travel occasionally to Costa Mesa or other facilities. Experience with layup, bonding, and assembly is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience as a technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven ability to demonstrate technical procedures and train groups clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and 2-week training for new hires.
• Deliver recurring training on QMS, BPS, FOD prevention, and safety.
• Provide On-the-Job Training and mentorship to technicians.
• Prepare and develop training samples and practical testing materials.
• Design and develop training videos and keep content updated.
• Maintain training records and documentation for compliance.
