Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Trainer in Morrisville, NC to lead onboarding and ongoing technical training for composite techs, collaborating with manufacturing to pass SOP changes to teams. Travel to Costa Mesa or other facilities may be required.

You will develop training materials, create videos, and maintain records while ensuring clear communication, strong leadership, and team collaboration across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on technician experience in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to demonstrate technical procedures and communicate complex information clearly.
• Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations to large groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to contribute to production tasks between training sessions.

Responsabilités

• Conduct onboarding and 2-week training for new hires, establishing foundation in processes and skills.
• Deliver recurring training on QMS, BPS, FOD prevention and safety protocols.
• Provide On-the-Job Training and mentorship to newly promoted technicians.
• Develop controlled samples and practical testing materials for hands-on training.
• Design and update training videos to align with specifications and best practices.
• Maintain training records and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
