  • Provide effective On-the-Job Training (OJT) and mentorship to newly promoted technicians, facilitating their transition and skill enhancement.
  • Prepare and develop controlled samples and practical testing materials for hands‑on training (e.g., carbon angle layups for tapes, carbon for bond preparation, filler application, adhesive mixing, double cupping techniques) to ensure practical skill validation.
  • Design and develop engaging training videos, and regularly review existing video content to ensure alignment with current specifications, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records and documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance and traceability.
Required Qualifications:

  • Comfortable and proficient in public speaking, capable of delivering engaging presentations to large groups.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and concisely with peers, management, and all levels of the organization.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to contribute to production tasks or shop duties during periods between formal training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a training, mentoring, or lead technician role.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training software.
