Job summary

Anduril Industries in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead onboarding and ongoing technical training for composite technicians. You will help develop courses on our digital platform and ensure SOP updates are communicated to manufacturing teams, with occasional travel to Costa Mesa or other facilities.

You should have at least 3 years hands-on manufacturing experience, strong communication, and comfortable public speaking.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on technician experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to demonstrat e technical procedures clearly in one-on-one and group settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting to large groups and public speaking.
• Willingness to contribute to production tasks between training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and initial 2-week training for new hires.
• Deliver recurring training on QMS, BPS, FOD prevention, and safety protocols.
• Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) and mentorship to newly promoted technicians.
• Prepare controlled samples and testing materials for hands-on training.
• Design and update training videos and review content for current specs and best practices.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance and traceability.
