Summary: This position requires bilingual Spanish skills and involves developing and facilitating formal technical training sessions in both English and Spanish. The training covers equipment including processing, installation, troubleshooting, safety, maintenance, and repair. Responsibilities include developing courses, teaching aids, maintaining training records, and improving training methods. The role also involves promoting training classes, marketing, customer visits, polling, and preparing training quotations.

Time Utilization: Travel up to 50%, including some international travel. Work hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a flexible schedule. Some weekend sessions and travel to Kansas City may be required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for on-site customer training content development.
• Develop and conduct technical training sessions on MULTIVAC and TVI equipment at various locations.
• Manage trainee progress, engagement, and technical aptitude reports.
• Create assessments to evaluate knowledge gaps and training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with management on course schedules and manage customer expectations.
• Develop new training materials, including videos, web-based content, etc.
• Operate within the departmental budget.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or adult learning, with 3+ years of training experience or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Exposure to mechanical parts, electrical hazards, chemicals, and varying temperatures. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform other physical activities as described.

Maintain a positive, respectful work environment. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in the machinery manufacturing industry. Travel up to 50% required, including some international trips.
