Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a Training Specialist to lead and deliver sessions for Frontline Managers and Associates within our warehousing operations. The role emphasizes practical coaching and alignment with operational standards.

The incumbent will develop structured training routines covering inbound/outbound processes and safety, ensuring bilingual English/Spanish delivery and strong stakeholder collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse operations or contract logistics, including a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and develop frontline employees.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory control, safety, quality).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions for Frontline Managers and Associates, leveraging operations supervisor experience to ensure practical application.
  • Ensure strong communication, teamwork, and alignment with stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational and training partner.
  • Coordinate and deliver structured training routines supporting different department teams, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Develop training routines that enable employees to learn technical and functional aspects of the operations aligned to standard processes.
  • Stay current with onsite procedures to ensure training reflects established best practices.
  • Apply operational expertise (inbound, outbound, inventory, safety, quality) to ensure training reflects real workflows and performance expectations.
  • Reinforce safety, quality, and performance behaviors through training and coaching.

Overview

Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Shift D: 2nd shift - Wed-Sat 5pm-3:30am

Key Responsibilities

Pay Range

$65,000 - $70,304

  • The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
