Performance Team in Stockton, CA is seeking a Training Manager to deliver and oversee frontline training across operations. The role focuses on practical application, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and standard processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or contract logistics with supervisory or team leadership.

• Fluency in English; ability to train Spanish speakers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions for Frontline Managers and Associates, leveraging operations supervisor experience to ensure practical application.
• Ensure strong communication, teamwork, and alignment with stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational and training partner.
• Coordinate and deliver structured training routines supporting different department teams, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Develop training routines that enable employees to learn technical and functional aspects of the operations aligned to standard processes.
• Stay current with onsite procedures to ensure training reflects established best practices.
• Apply operational expertise (inbound, outbound, inventory, safety, quality) to ensure training reflects real workflows and performance expectations.
• Reinforce safety, quality, and performance behaviors through training and coaching.
