Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a senior Technical Project Manager with deep hands-on experience in Python development and architecture. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinating onsite and offshore teams across complex cloud migration initiatives and Kubernetes-centric deployments.

The role requires strong Agile/Scrum delivery, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence to drive governance, with emphasis on secure OAuth2/OIDC authentication and robust release management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Full-stack technical expertise with Python (Development & coding) and secondary Java experience.
• Hands-on involvement in application architecture design and development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex tech programs coordinating onsite and offshore teams.
• Lead architecture design and development across distributed teams.
• Manage cloud migration initiatives and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release management, and toolchains (Bamboo).
• Ensure security with OAuth2/OIDC authentication and governance of app auth flows.

• 12+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Full-stack technical expertise with primary proficiency in Python (Development & coding) and secondary experience in Java, along with hands‑on involvement in application architecture design and development.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud migration projects.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Bamboo) and release management.
• Knowledge of OKTA, OAuth2, and OIDC authentication.
• Strong solution architecture and application design understanding.
• Strong Agile/Scrum project delivery using JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirement analysis skills.
• Experience leading offshore development teams and governing end-to-end project delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle to PostgreSQL migration, data reconciliation, and parity testing.
• Experience collaborating effectively within onsite and offshore development models, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across distributed teams.
