Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of information systems/IT experience recommended.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work requests and teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet with management to review active and planned work efforts and assemble a team.
• Escalate issues and lead status meetings to verify resources.
• Monitor progress and report milestones to management.
• Cross-train with staff to understand projects and processes.
• Maintain a resource plan and communicate needs regularly.
