Bloomberg Industry Group seeks a leader to design and own the technical architecture for Lux, an agentic integration platform connecting data and workflows. You will build and lead the team that develops it, shaping the product roadmap and technical direction.
You will drive the ML lifecycle from problem scoping to data prep and model optimization, while mentoring engineers and partnering with product to maximize impact across the organization.
Leads a small team developing and managing ML solutions across the full lifecycle-from problem scoping and data preparation to model optimization-while guiding technical standards, partnering on roadmaps, delivering major architectural initiatives, managing budgets, mentoring engineers, and fostering an inclusive, highperformance culture. Design and own the technical architecture and product roadmap for Lux, an agentic integration platform connecting data and workflows across internal systems, while building and leading the team that develops it.
Working experience with DevOps, CICD, and infrastructure as code.
Compensation Range:
$165,000.00-$205,000.00
Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
