Thermo Systems is seeking a Technical Team Lead specializing in PLC-based industrial controls to lead, train, and develop a team of technicians. You will guide project delivery from startup through commissioning, ensuring safety and quality while collaborating with Engineering and Project Management.

You should have hands-on experience in industrial automation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor staff and coordinate resources across multiple projects.

Competenze

• Associate degree or relevant technical education in industrial controls, automation, electrical, electronics, engineering technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in industrial control systems, including startup, commissioning, PLC/HMI/SCADA integration, troubleshooting, control panel design, or related field work.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or delivering technical training to employees in industrial automation, engineering, commissioning, or project environments.
