RCS is seeking a Technical Targeting Analyst to provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. Serve as an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis. The TTA is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

This position requires the candidate to meet specific Security Clearance obligations to work onsite in McLean, VA. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do:

• Conduct data research and analysis leveraging customer targeting tools to facilitate operations.
• Design and tailor products/deliverables based on needs and deadlines for both tactical and strategic requests.

Required Qualifications/Education:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
  • U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• 6+ years of experience crafting targeting deliverables, written products, and oral presentations.
• 3+ years of experience working with the IC.
• Experience leveraging targeting tools and databases to address technical gaps and challenges.
• Significant experience developing requirements, actioning those requirements, and producing written results, all of which require the ability to professionally conduct substantial outreach, coordination, and deconfliction with organizational stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships across the IC.
• Solid organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements.
• Experience across technical competencies, such as: analysis, network engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer exploitation.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• 11+ years of experience crafting targeting deliverables, written products, and oral presentations.
• 4+ years of experience working with the IC.
• Experience across technical competencies (analysis; network engineering; network security; vulnerability assessment; technical collection; penetration testing; red teaming).
• Experience across multiple INTs; demonstrated knowledge of microelectronics and semiconductors; foreign language proficiency in speaking, reading and/or listening.
• Experience with tools such as TDNA, DNEA, CNDA, EA.
• Ability to generate tech targeting leads with experience in AI/ML, High Processing Computing, and Semiconductors.
• Desire and willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS.
