Job summary

Rapid Cycle Solutions LLC seeks a Technical Targeting Analyst SME to support the IC by reviewing, analyzing, and delivering analytic products on national/global topics. You will lead in all-source intelligence analysis and collaborate with a blended government/contractor team using strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• Min 12 years with BS/BA
• 11+ years of experience in three or more areas: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation
• 7+ cumulative years of experience in collection capabilities and dissemination systems
• Experience analyzing intelligence issues and creating intelligence reports
• Demonstrated organizational skills and adaptability to dynamic requirements
• Experience leveraging targeting tools and databases to address technical gaps and challenges
• Ability to develop requirements, action them, and produce written results with stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across the IC

RCS is seeking a Technical Targeting Analyst SME to provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. Serve as an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis. The TTA is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

This position requires the candidate to meet specific Security Clearance obligations to work onsite in McLean, VA. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do:

• Conduct data research and analysis leveraging customer targeting tools to facilitate operations.
• Design and tailor products/deliverables based on needs and deadlines for both tactical and strategic requests.
• Mentor new targeters on projects/workflows/tools.
• Test new solutions to meet targeting needs.Design new tools data scientists build for targeters.

Required Qualifications/Education:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
• U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Min 12 years with BS/BA.
• 11+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation.
• 7+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems.
• Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements.
• Experience leveraging targeting tools and databases to address technical gaps and challenges.
• Significant experience developing requirements, actioning those requirements, and producing written results, all of which require the ability to professionally conduct substantial outreach, coordination, and deconfliction with organizational stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships across the IC.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with IC technical targeting tools;
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space;
• Knowledge of telecommunications topics of interest to the IC
• Experience across multiple INTs; demonstrated knowledge of microelectronics and semiconductors; foreign language proficiency in speaking, reading and/or listening.
• Experience with tools such as TDNA, DNEA, CNDA, EA.
• Ability to generate tech targeting leads with experience in AI/ML, High Processing Computing, and Semiconductors.
• Desire and willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS.
