Job summary

Atlas Technica seeks a Technical Talent Development Specialist to grow early-career technical talent through coaching, feedback, and structured training.

You will mentor Intern Trainees, guide escalation handling, and help shape the internship program to create ready-to-work engineers for Atlas. This full-time role emphasizes ownership, customer-focused delivery, and professional growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, systems engineering, service delivery, or similar technical environment.
• Strong troubleshooting; ticket management, escalation practices, and service-quality expectations.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or developing interns or junior engineers.
• Working knowledge of Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Office apps, Intune.
• Working knowledge of identity, access and account administration concepts.
• Foundational networking and remote connectivity knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Ability to assess work quality and give clear, actionable feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical coaching to Intern Trainees and Interns.
• Monitor ticket activity to reinforce quality, response standards, and ownership.
• Track development and readiness; contribute to graduation decisions.
• Review work and give practical feedback based on activity and outcomes.
• Route escalations and use them as coaching opportunities.
• Deliver individual and group coaching sessions on troubleshooting and service quality.
• Collaborate to execute development frameworks and close skill gaps.
• Identify patterns to improve training resources and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain technical training materials and exercises.
• Translate internship practices into scalable approaches for Atlas engineers.
