Our team is small, motivated, and talented, built on strong relationships and deep knowledge of Parity and Web3.

The Talent team supports our mission to establish Polkadot as the most active and innovative community building the decentralized web. As part of the O/S department, they act as strategic partners, attracting and retaining top talent aligned with our values and goals.

About the position
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, offer negotiation

  • Innovate sourcing strategies beyond traditional channels for specialized candidates

  • Passionate about tech recruiting with an understanding of its complexities

  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding

  • Partner with business units to provide expert support

  • Work autonomously, leading hiring processes as needed

  • Improve pipelines, hiring processes, reporting, and networking within the Polkadot ecosystem

About you
  • Capable of working autonomously in a remote environment and leading hiring processes

  • Strong technical recruiting experience required

  • Knowledge of Web3 technologies is a plus

  • Excellent sourcing skills

  • Motivated and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Resilient under pressure

  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Bright, engaging outlook

  • Analytical with a data-driven mindset
