Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, offer negotiation
Innovate sourcing strategies beyond traditional channels for specialized candidates
Passionate about tech recruiting with an understanding of its complexities
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
Partner with business units to provide expert support
Work autonomously, leading hiring processes as needed
Improve pipelines, hiring processes, reporting, and networking within the Polkadot ecosystem
Capable of working autonomously in a remote environment and leading hiring processes
Strong technical recruiting experience required
Knowledge of Web3 technologies is a plus
Excellent sourcing skills
Motivated and comfortable with ambiguity
