  • Creatively source and screen active and passive candidates through various recruitment strategies and partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify position requirements and conduct intake meetings.
  • Conduct initial interviews, present qualified candidates to hiring leaders and manage the entire process from start to finish, including coordination and scheduling of interviews, reference checks, pipeline management, and other administrative tasks.
  • Extend, prepare, and present offers to candidates with direction and input from hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain a network of relationships with healthcare professionals and associations to proactively create candidate pipelines.
  • Assess and evaluate candidate skill sets relative to position requirements.
  • Manage and maintain applicant tracking system data and complete reference checks and ensure time-to-fill requirements and data accuracy for reporting.
  • Recommend and build local recruiting and brand awareness initiatives to support business needs.
  • Provide recruitment content and communications for various external and internal websites, social media, and online job postings.
  • Serve as a cultural representative for St. Croix Hospice and provide a positive candidate experience for all applicants.
