Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP seeks a Technical Systems Analyst for its HR Tech & Shared Services team at the Bala Cynwyd headquarters. You will bridge business needs with the internal development team, managing the compensation systems and supporting new solutions while maintaining a holistic view of compensation products.

You will lead implementation projects, analyze system requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis or related role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing application implementation and support services to end users or working within HR, Compensation and/or Payroll domains and their systems.
• Experience collaborating with software developers and cross-functional teams, with involvement in the full SDLC (Agile, Lean and/or Kanban).
• Strong SQL skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Product and/or Project Management is a plus.
• Experience with compensation planning models is a plus.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.

Overview

Susquehanna International Group is looking for a Technical Systems Analyst to join our HR Tech & Shared Services team in our Bala Cynwyd headquarters. As a Technical Systems Analyst, you will be the bridge between our corporate lines of business and our internal software development team. You will manage and support all technical aspects of our compensation systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders. Your projects will range from enhancing existing platforms to implementing new solutions, all while maintaining a holistic understanding of our compensation products.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring they align with both technical and business needs.

• Experience collaborating with software developers and cross-functional teams, with involvement in the full SDLC (Agile, Lean and/or Kanban) required
• Strong SQL Skills required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Previous experience in Product and/or Project Management a plus
• Experience with technology solutions supporting compensation planning models a plus
• Experience with SSIS, DTS, Informatica, Scribe or other integration enabling tools a plus
