QGenda is seeking individuals to become New Innovations platform experts. The role focuses on training and supporting the software suite, with opportunities to train nationally and internationally.

The candidate should be self-starter, organized, and eager to help customers maximize the value of New Innovations with strong project management discipline. Applicants should have 1+ years of experience in education, customer service, account management, or sales, and be able to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and supporting a software suite.
• Strong communication skills over the phone and in person.
• Ability to write clear training materials and FAQs.
• Willing to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Train and support the software suite.
• Lead phone and in-person trainings.
• Develop documentation for product software and customers.
• Train a web-based software via phone/web sharing, in-person, or classroom venues.
