Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. May require an associate's degree in a related area and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

• Experience in low-voltage cabling, telecom, data centers, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 35 lbs repeatedly.

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and wearing required PPE.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet operational deadlines.
• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver server racks, carts, and equipment safely as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
