This role requires colleagues to work in shifts at either Budapest or Debrecen office, with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). Fluency in French is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support for enterprise customers, utilizing skills from internal training.
  2. Support Voice and Data devices from Avaya and Cisco.
  3. Coordinate resolution processes between customers, suppliers, and resolver teams.
  4. Manage contractual obligations with suppliers.
  5. Meet customer needs in line with business requirements.
  6. Work cooperatively within teams to achieve goals.
  7. Communicate effectively and create positive impressions.
  8. Organize and understand complex problems systematically.
  9. Take responsibility for decisions and their consequences.
  10. Proactively address future issues and implement solutions.
  11. Manage stress effectively in a demanding environment.

Professional Skills:

  • ITIL and Cisco troubleshooting experience (advantageous)
  • Customer support experience (advantageous)
  • Recent graduates are welcome
  • Network skills are required
  • Fluent in English and French
