Job summary

OPEX Corporation is seeking a full-time Technical Support Representative (Warehouse Automation) to support field service technicians, dealers, and self-service technicians from the Moorestown, NJ office. The role focuses on phone-based support, troubleshooting guidance, and resource provisioning to ensure customer sites run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills to explain complex issues clearly.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems across mechanical, electrical and PC components.
• Comfort with high-pressure situations and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Supply resources (schematics, documentation, software, parts) to field personnel.
• Maintain accurate records in the call tracking system.
• Utilize available resources so field techs support customers effectively.
• Create and maintain a knowledgebase of problems and solutions.
• Coordinate with Engineering on complex problems.
• Test software and machine upgrades before field release.
• Collaborate with Documentation to publish service bulletins and manuals.
• Communicate with tech support, training, support engineers, and production teams.
• Assist sales/marketing with customer demos.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
• Participate in mandatory on-call rotation.
