Responsibilities

• Provide direction on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Supply resources (schematics, documentation, software, parts) to field personnel.
• Maintain accurate records in the call tracking system.
• Utilize available resources so field techs support customers effectively.
• Create and maintain a knowledgebase of problems and solutions.
• Coordinate with Engineering on complex problems.
• Test software and machine upgrades before field release.
• Collaborate with Documentation to publish service bulletins and manuals.
• Communicate with tech support, training, support engineers, and production teams.
• Assist sales/marketing with customer demos.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
• Participate in mandatory on-call rotation.

OPEX Corporation is currently looking for a full-time Technical Support Representative (Warehouse Automation) to work at the Moorestown, NJ office. The worker must be able to commit to a full-time schedule. The overall goal of the position is to provide phone support for OPEX Field Service Technicians, Self Service Technicians, and OPEX certified Dealers as they work through issues in customer sites. Essential Responsibilities

• Provide direction on troubleshooting
• Supply any additional resources needed by field personnel including, but not limited to schematics and other documentation, software, and part info
• Maintain accurate records in call tracking system
• Use all available resources to make sure field techs are able to support their customers to the fullest
• Create and maintain knowledgebase of problems and solutions on specific equipment
• Consult with Engineering group to work through complex problems
• Test software and other machine upgrades prior to field release
• Work with Documentation group to create service bulletins, instructions and service manual updates
• Worker will be responsible for effectively communicating with other tech support representatives, our training group, support engineers and our production group.
• Assist our sales and marketing teams with customer demos.
• Up to 25% travel is required.
• Mandatory on-call rotation is required.
