Nice North America in Kent, WA is seeking a Technical Support Representative I to provide post-sales support via phone or email. You will work with engineering and quality teams to help customers use Nice Residential gate products and ensure a positive experience.

The role emphasizes networked device troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. On-site work and an hourly pay range of $22-$27 depending on experience are included.

Competenze

• 1+ years technical support experience preferred.
• Experience with networked equipment and commercial gate operators.
• Spanish language capability desired.

Mansioni

• Provides advanced technical support to customers via email, phone, and remote methods.
• Addresses and responds to inquiries on products and services, including installation, operations, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Documents customer interactions in CRM and tracks cases.
• Reviews feedback to improve product documentation and communicates with Engineering.
• Supports RMA processes and coordinates testing as needed.
