Nice North America, a subsidiary of Nice S.p.A., seeks a Technical Support Representative 1 in Kent, WA to provide post-sales support via phone or email. You will collaborate with Engineering and Quality to improve products and document customer interactions in CRM.

Ideal candidates have a 2-year degree and 1+ year of tech support experience; Spanish is a plus. The role offers a full-time on-site schedule with an hourly range of $22.00–$27.00 depending on experience.

Competenze

• Minimum 2-year degree preferred.
• 1+ year technical support experience preferred.
• Spanish language capability desired.
• Experience with networked equipment and commercial gate operators is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provides advanced technical support to customers via email, phone, and remote methods.
• Responds to inquiries on products, installation, operations, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Offers preventive maintenance and configuration recommendations to improve product usability and performance.
• Documents customer interactions in CRM.
• Reviews and provides feedback to technical writing staff for new product documentation.
• Notes customer issues for potential product improvements and communicates with Engineering.
