Job summary

Hyrhub is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our Dallas team. You will provide technical assistance to end users, troubleshoot software, hardware, network and systems, and assist with installation and configuration of new solutions.

The role requires a degree in information technology or a related field, 2+ years of experience in tech support, and experience with on‑premise and SAAS POS, restaurant technology, and related systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology or a related field.
2+ years of experience in technical customer support.
Experience supporting on-premise and SAAS POS and related restaurant tech systems.

Responsibilities

Field incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a courteous manner.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, network and systems issues.
Install and upgrade software, configure hardware, network, and systems.
Test fixes to ensure resolution; document frequent requests and suggest improvements.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
