To support our growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems, we seek a Technical Support Specialist to join our Indianapolis team. If you enjoy solving problems and adding value, consider your typical day:

  • Providing exceptional support to clients, exceeding their expectations
  • Escalating customer support issues appropriately and communicating effectively
  • Preparing desktops, laptops, and hardware for clients
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer documentation
  • Delivering operational and project commitments with the customer team
  • Performing customer maintenance activities
  • Monitoring alerts and responding appropriately
  • Collaborating with team members to meet client needs
  • Organizing, prioritizing, planning, and delivering work on time

Qualifications and skills include:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role
  • Preferred experience with MSP environments
  • Knowledge of servers, networks, computers, user support, and relevant applications
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Residency in Indianapolis, IN, as this is an onsite role
