This position is eligible for telework for applicants residing in Minnesota or bordering counties. Effective June 1, employees within 50 miles of the office will work in-office at least 50% of the time monthly; those farther may telework up to 100% with supervisory approval.

MNsure is seeking a skilled Healthcare Systems Analyst to:

• Lead and coordinate activities involving MNsure’s system integration with external private health insurance systems.
• Optimize operations, foster partnerships, and develop innovative solutions.
• Ensure seamless collaboration with health insurers, state agencies, and federal regulators.
• Support regulatory compliance and strengthen technical partnerships.
• Manage data sharing, system performance, and onboarding of new insurance partners.
• Support production of IRS Form 1095-A for federal tax compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Four (4) years of experience in healthcare systems, health insurance carriers, or health exchanges, demonstrating IT system integration, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in relevant fields may substitute for one (1) year of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ACA, Qualified Health Plans, IRS Form 1095-A, and MNsure or similar marketplaces.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, data security, and privacy.
