Job summary

Jobtailor in Melbourne, FL seeks an experienced field service technician to troubleshoot laser and CNC systems remotely and on-site, diagnose mechanical, electrical, software and network issues, and guide customers through repairs.

You will create technical documentation and video guides, collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve recurring problems, escalate complex incidents, and communicate clearly and professionally under pressure.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to diagnose problems logically and efficiently.
Comfortable working with tools and equipment.
Experience with CNC machines, lasers, or similar equipment highly preferred.
Basic understanding of motors, belts, and motion systems.
