Job summary

New England Life Care, Inc. seeks a Technical Support Specialist II to ensure smooth computer operations for end users at Concord, NH. You will handle help requests via phone, email, or in person, document issues, and guide users through solutions.

Responsibilities include desktop fixes, account management for new hires, vendor coordination, and end-user training. Knowledge of HIPAA is preferred; travel to offices as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with Windows Active Directory and desktop support.
• Knowledge of network basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Certification in network or systems administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist end users via phone, email, or in person to resolve issues.
• Document requests and maintain ticket progress through resolution.
• Create and manage user accounts for new hires and role changes.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve network, phone, or printer issues.
• Perform hands-on desktop fixes and software installs/updates.
• Develop end-user guides and participate in training sessions.
• Participate in on-call rotation and follow HIPAA requirements.
