Shentel is seeking a Technical Support Representative in the Centre County, PA area to troubleshoot Streaming TV and Home Internet services and guide customers through solutions with empathy and professionalism.

You will use multiple applications and ticketing tools, create detailed tickets, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues while delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving performance targets.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Skills: strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Streaming TV and Home Internet service questions and technical troubleshooting.
