Job summary

Shentel is seeking a Technical Support Representative to help customers troubleshoot Streaming TV and Home Internet services and stay connected. This role blends problem solving with customer service in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

You will use billing applications and ticketing tools, create detailed support tickets, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Starting pay is $18 per hour with shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Streaming TV and Home Internet questions and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve service-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Utilize billing applications and ticketing tools to manage customer requests.
• Create detailed support tickets and coordinate resolutions when additional assistance is needed.
