JobNimbus is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to be the guide contractors need when the road gets rocky. You will troubleshoot software issues, share best practices, and ensure every user who reaches out leaves better equipped than when they arrived.

You will handle live chats, calls, and emails, hit your resolution targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the product and customer experience.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication across email, chat, and phone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot software issues.
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused with a drive to improve the experience.

Responsabilidades

• Handle live chats, calls, and emails with professionalism and care.
• Troubleshoot software issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Become a JobNimbus expert to guide customers and internal teams.
• Aim to resolve about 18 tickets per day while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and the product.
• Guide users on best practices to maximize value.
• Attend company events and trade shows when needed.
