Job summary

Core Managed is seeking a junior IT technician to join a fast-growing team in Raleigh, NC. You will handle level 1 support for incoming issues, learn new IT techniques, and develop relationships with clients and staff.

The role offers exposure to cutting-edge cloud and cybersecurity technologies under the guidance of senior team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a drive to learn, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients and staff; may work at client sites.
• Collaborate with senior team members to learn and apply new IT technologies.
• Provide level 1 support for incoming issues and maintain timely response.
• Learn and work with servers, networking, firewalls, and cloud tools (Hyper-V, M365, Azure, Exchange, AD, cybersecurity).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree required
