Job summary

Workforce-Employment-Specialists is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist a global dealer network with electronics troubleshooting, machine inspections, installations, and training.

You will travel about 10% for installations and training, providing phone and in-person support, and collaborating with Engineering, Production Planning, and Marketing/Sales to improve equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least one year of electronics experience through hobbies, education, or professional work.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic systems and reading electrical schematics.
• Experience using hand tools to work on machines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-focused technical assistance by phone and in person, emphasizing electronic troubleshooting.
• Help dealers diagnose machine issues, resolve complaints, and answer technical questions.
• Perform product inspections to support quality assurance and installations.
• Travel approximately 10%, potentially internationally, for installations and training.
• Document and track service calls and write clear repair procedures.
