Job summary

The University of Nebraska Foundation seeks a customer-focused IT Support Associate to join our Lincoln or Omaha offices. You will be the first line of end-user support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing, delivering excellent service and clear communication.

  • Learn and assist with level 1 and 2 support-related issues.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors, university users, and support teams.

The campaign is being led by many enthusiastic volunteers representing all areas of the University of Nebraska System. This position will work in our Lincoln or Omaha office. This position supports staff in all locations, with local travel required.

What you need:
  • Minimum Education: Associate's degree or equivalent. Preferred Experience: Bachelor’s degree.

  • Highly adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to create technical documentation.
