Responsibilities

• Recommend enhancements from high‑quality analysis to optimize processes.
• Coordinate projects from intake to completion with oversight as needed.
• Conduct timely project discovery and collaborate with stakeholders and ITS.
• Facilitate requirement reviews with all impacted participants.
• Determine best-fit solutions considering cost, resources, risk, and impact.
• Provide ongoing support during implementation and post‑implementation issues.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the Foundation.

• Minimum Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with certification.
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in IT business and solution analysis. Ability to work on low-to-moderate complexity projects.

• Problem solving skills and analytical skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make independent decisions.
