Job summary

The University of Nebraska Foundation in Lincoln or Omaha is seeking an IT Business and Solution Analyst to drive high-quality analysis and optimize processes across multiple initiatives. This is a hybrid role with local travel to Lincoln or Omaha.

  • Recommend enhancements or changes from high-quality analysis to optimizing processes.
  • Coordinate projects from intake to completion.
  • Conduct timely project discovery and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and ITS department.
  • Facilitate requirement reviews with all impacted participants.
  • Determine best-fit solutions while considering cost, resources, risk, and business impact.
  • Provide ongoing support during solution implementation by facilitating the transition and addressing post-implementation issues.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees across the Foundation.
