Job summary

University of Nebraska Foundation seeks aDevelopment professional to build and manage strategic partnerships with foundations that support University priorities. You will collaborate with faculty and Foundation colleagues to identify shared interests and foster meaningful partnerships that advance our mission.

The role involves prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and overseeing grant reporting, requiring strong communication, editing, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years’ foundation relations or similar experience.
• Experience in prospecting, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong editing skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Candidates evaluated on passion for mission, integrity, and teamwork.
