My client is an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) who at a very exciting point of investment so they are expanding their technical support team following the launch of a significant new project and increased client base.

You will be client facing and have ownership of L2-L3 support tickets alongside small to medium sized impactful infrastructure projects, you will be predominantly working in large enterprise organisations within the financial services sector. You will be hands-on across a variety of tasks: troubleshooting, working with physical infrastructure, and developing their technical skill set.

You will need:

• Experience with Office365
• Experience with troubleshooting, installing and managing physical hardware
