LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, is seeking an entry-level IT support technician to provide end-user desktop support under supervision. You will assist with installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop systems while supporting users across the organization.

This role offers hands-on opportunities to develop technical expertise, troubleshoot diverse IT issues, and travel occasionally to trade shows.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Participate in the resolution of end user's desktop computer issues that may include but are not limited to hardware, printer troubleshooting and configuration, installing software and/or hardware peripheral, perform daily backup procedures, liaise with third‑party software/hardware vendors for problem resolution, and rollout of new software packages, upgrades, and new desktop hardware.
• Provide support and technical setup at some trade shows which includes periodic travel.
• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure for operating issues involving failures, degradation, and event correlation using various software and hardware monitoring tools.
• Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for all types of the IT infrastructure as assigned, including hardware, software, telecommunication, business application, customer connectivity, etc.
• Install and configure desktop systems and workstations.
• Support end users with technical issues under supervision.
• Assist with network-related troubleshooting activities.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

About the Role

This entry-level IT support role provides technical end-user desktop support under supervision. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $44,500 - $74,100. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
