PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Technical Support Operations Specialist in Costa Mesa, CA. The role focuses on tracking and managing support tickets, analyzing data, and generating reports to improve service levels and workflows.

You will support the Technical Support organization by coordinating ticket queues, providing timely responses, and ensuring data-driven decisions while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Operations Specialist to support a leading manufacturer. In this role, you'll help manage support tickets, analyze data, track performance metrics, and ensure customers receive timely responses.

Your work will help streamline technical support operations, improve team efficiency, and keep critical issues moving toward resolution.

Pay Details: $38.00 per hour
