Qualifications

• BA or BS in Chemistry or Biological Sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good technical writing skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Experience conducting experiments and accurately summarizing results.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and operations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and electronic document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the Drugs of Abuse manufacturing facility, supporting product improvements, change controls, investigations, and verification/validation studies.
• Perform product testing, data analysis, and prepare technical reports.
• Conduct verification and validation studies, protocols, and reports.
• Investigate technical issues, perform root cause investigations, and recommend solutions.
• Develop and improve methods, processes, and testing procedures.
• Review, edit, and maintain controlled documentation in electronic document management systems.
• Compile and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Evaluate and recommend improved testing methods.
• Support change control processes and quality incident management.
• Participate in project teams and departmental meetings.
• Ensure compliance with business policies, QSR, ISO, and FDA requirements.
• Guide less experienced staff and assist with problem solving.
