Abbott Rapid Diagnostics seeks a Technical Support Scientist in Pomona, CA, within the Toxicology Business Unit. You will provide technical support for Drugs of Abuse manufacturing, participate in projects, and help drive product improvements and investigations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of laboratory testing processes and quality practices.
• Ability to use MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with documentation and report writing in a QA/Lab environment.
• Familiarity with Agile to manage quality incidents and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and may develop new methods and processes for project advancement.
• Conducts moderate-complexity experiments and seeks guidance for complex challenges.
• Performs customer complaint investigations and writes investigation reports.
• Tests products, compiles data, analyzes results, and writes reports for improvements.
• Maintains thorough records of laboratory activities and communicates progress to management.
