Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Experience or interest in agricultural technology is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for on-site support.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
