Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on Amiad product lines via phone and email, coordinating daily activity of the Technical Support team.
• Interact with customers to answer faults, concerns, and requests about Amiad product lines and solutions.
• Generate and document site visit reports.
• Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating symptoms.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, researching required information.
• Represent the company in front of customers and communicate company policies.
• Offer alternative solutions to retain customers' business.
• Record customer calls and inquiries in the CRM and perform follow-ups as needed.
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
• Promote Aftersales activities, including spare parts sales and service packages.
• Implement the start-up process at customer sites as required.
• Implement training activities for customers to improve product knowledge.
• Up to 50% travel required for customer visits.
